The Maryland PHCC is a group that advocates education within the plumbing, heating and cooling industry. It monitors and consolidates the registered companies to help them be more efficient and better serve the customer. It sponsors programs for education and is an advocate that lobbies for better laws and regulations that will protect both its members and the public.
